​Norns Creek Trail goomed to 19km cat turnaround. 
East Ladybird Trail groomed to 21 km. 
All went well with 10cms of fresh at 19km cat turnaround. A base of 175cms.
Please don't trench right next to the trail as these trenches can be quit a hazard for someone that may not notice them.

Airport  and Frosty Trails groomed. 
Probed 190cms up top and 12cms of fresh.

Trail groomed to 19km on Norns Creek.
​Pushed out a slide that had come down
across the trail at 11km on East Ladybird.
Probed 180cms of base at 19km. 

Goose Creek Trail Jan 20th 2023 

With the sun showing up the last couple
days and better snow temps  we decided an extra trip this week was necessary. 
Probed 215cms up top with  10cms of fresh. 
Removed many tree tops off of the trail. Use caution in the trees as lots of weight
on them.

Airport Trail and Frosty Trail groomed
Probed 215 cms up top and 15cms of fresh.
Snow was very difficult to work with until around 10km much better after that elevation. 
Thankyou to Niki Hyson  and Wayne Hnatuk for clearing the trees off of Goose and Ladybird Trails.

Goose Creek Trail Jan 12th 2023

Airport and Frosty Trails groomed with the 350 and tiller.  Snow was heavy until around 5km then stayed dense up to the Airport. Many trees with heavy loads on them so be aware of your surroundings. Please mark any trees down for the saftey of others.  We will be heading up again to clear fallen trees after this heavy snow stops falling. 
Probed 55cms of fresh since our last weeks run and a base of 195cms up top. 
Reports of rain almost to the Shaw cabin today Jan 13th.
Avy conditions will be high so be aware of your surroundings and chech the avy reports.

Ladybird Trail Jan 13th 2023 

The plan was to have the 275 up on Ladybird tonight but with reports of rain way up and the trail in good condition we decided to keep the cat off the trail to save the snow.

Goose Creek Trails Jan 5th 2023

Airport trail and Frosty trail groomed with Br 350 and tiller.
One large tree removed from trail at 8km. 
Snowpack has settled down to 165 cm with a few fresh
cms on top of last groom. Still having to lift tiller in some locations due to low snowpack.

We tested our new trailer set up by hauling a load 
of firewood up to the Frosty cabin. Thankyou Atco Wood Products for the 
firewood donation as this takes a big load off of busy volunteers. 
Also need to thank Arnold Contracting for the help with the trailer setup. 

Ladybird Trails Jan 6th 2023

Decided to head back to 21km on East Ladybird to get that trail into shape as 
the main Norns Creek trail was reported to be in great shape still. All went
well.
