Ladybird Trail Dec 30th 2023

Trail groomed from Norns Creek turn off to the 19km cat turnaround. All went well with 98cm of base at turnaround and about 8cm of fresh on the trail. Snow was not great in a couple of spots  as temps have been pretty high but the tiller does help with the heavier snow. 
The road up is icy in spots so chains are recommended or very good tires at the least. Unloading at 9.5 km is also an option as parking at 11km is limited and remember weekdays you need a radio as there is active logging. 

Goose Creek Trail Dec 30th 2023

Reports of the trail to the cabin was still ok. Most people are unloading up at 2.5 to 3.5km as the snow near the bottom in bad. We will be looking at a couple bypass areas to the airport if we dont get some snow very soon.
